In either event, you gain a travel advisor, advocate, and liaison to assist you with your travel plans and research from beginning to end. Whether you are looking for a quick weekend getaway or want to go around the world and back, Gates Way 2 Travel Service has you covered. Book your complimentary Travel Possibilities Session Today! The “Travel Possibilities Session” affords me the unique opportunity to get to know you…your desires, dislikes, expectations, likes, and preferences.

​CONNECT


This takes place during your 30-minutes Complimentary Possibilities Session.  We will discuss your desires, expectations, and preferences regarding your travel plans. This is where you will provide us with the how, what, when, where as well as the budget for your trip or vacation.


CONSENSUS


At this phase, a decision is made to move forward with travel plans and research or not. Forms such as Credit Card Authorization, Guest(s) Profile, Insurance Waiver (travel insurance is highly recommended), and Travel Agreement are sent to you for completion and signature. You will return forms with deposit or service fee.


​Plan & research itinerary


When payment and signed documents are received from you, allow approximately 72-hours (depends on the complexity of the travel request) you will receive 2-3 itineraries options to make your selection.
